Our training courses meet the strict standards of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and delegates are therefore eligible to apply for the Certificate of Competency in Occupational Testing from the BPS (following relevant training).

This in turn qualifies them to purchase tests from a number of other major test publishers or receive significant exemptions from additional training. There are three levels:

• Test Administration: Can be gained following SHL Test Administration Plus
• Level A: Can be gained following qualification to SHL level 1
• Level B: (Intermediate): Can be gained following qualification to SHL level 2
